Little about us
Holy Spirit Express, Inc. is a nonprofit organization that will provide love, encouragement, and support to the children in orphanages through ministering healing prayers, sharing the love of Jesus through evangelism, providing repairs, and meeting basic lifestyle needs.
We will serve the orphans and orphanages beginning in the Ukraine (Odessa, Cherkasy, Kiev, Lviv) and around the world at no charge.
Initially, we will partner with local churches in Odessa, Ukraine to determine and gain access to orphanages in need. We will identify and meet every need possible to make the orphanages more comfortable places for the children to live as well as better work environments for the caregivers.
In the future, we will oversee the creation of Christian churches beginning in the Ukraine (Odessa, Cherkasy, Kiev, Lviv) and other countries as the organization grows and expands over time. We also plan to recruit local volunteers interested in assisting at the orphanages and conduct training classes to teach them the principles of the Christian faith and lifestyle. We plan to also build orphanages as the need arises and resources are available.
In addition, we plan to hold evangelistic healing crusades and outreaches to reach the sick and deliver the life changing Gospel of Jesus Christ to people who have never heard the Word. We plan to hold our crusades and outreaches in the form of tent revival meetings, church meetings, and in auditoriums, arenas, and stadiums as we grow and expand over time.
We will begin with 10 – 20 hours per week invested by board members to develop and implement programs to love, encourage, and support for the children in orphanages through ministering healing prayers, sharing the love of Jesus through evangelism, providing repairs, and
meeting basic lifestyle needs and 100% of all funds from all sources (donations, fundraising, and grants) will be used for tax-exempt activities.
How we help?
We will provide orphanages with:
– Basic lifestyle supplies such as food, hygiene items, clothes, shoes, etc.
– Basic construction projects and building repairs such painting, room additions, plumbing, etc.
– Equipment such as washers and dryers, refrigerators, beds, household items, etc.
– Ways to improve orphanage facilities through cleanliness and sanitation.
– Gifts for the children for special occasions such as birthdays, holidays, etc.
– School supplies, materials, and equipment.
Whom we help
We will provide orphanages with:
Providing for the lifestyle needs of the children at the orphanages
Helping with prayer and personal ministry
Providing assistance to orphanages by means of construction teams, etc.
Sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ
Conducting social events
Assist shelter staff in needy areas
Teach the Bible to children, caregivers and communities
Providing basic needs such as food and items related to food, beverages, clothing, diapers
Board
Richard Salazar, board president, will run the day-to-day operations of the organization. Other board members will make four trips internationally each year for 14 days per trip beginning in the Ukraine (Odessa, Cherkasy, Kiev, Lviv) and other countries as the organization grows and expands over time.
